Behind door number thirteen of the 2016 #LittleStuff24 is your chance to win a pretty brilliant bundle of children’s books from Ladybird!
This one made me squee when I saw it – such a pile of total childhood treasures. I love love LOVE that Ladybird are embracing their heritage, and re-releasing some of the absolute classics form the past – The Ladybird books of 1-2-3 and a-b-c were absolute staples in every house for so long, I’m genuinely thrilled they’re back.
And that Ladybird book of colouring? Frankly I think that one’s sneakily for the grown-ups. It contains twenty-four classic Ladybird covers for you to colour, reimagine and make your own. You can either follow the design of the original vintage covers that are shown on every left-hand page, or create your very own bespoke Ladybird masterpieces!
And then on top of the classics (Quentin Blake illustrating Beatrix Potter’s Kitty in Boots? Oh my yes please…), there’s modern favourites in their Christmas finest – Hey Duggee & Peppa Pig – plus the wonderful new Little Elephant.
