Day 6 of #SummerStuff fortnight, and today’s prize is probably the most summery of the lot. How about a barbecue – that you can take with you wherever you go? And no, it’s not a horrid disposable thing; this is a beautiful designer carbon steel affair from BergHOFF worth £120!

Everyone loves a barbecue – and personally, my absolute tip top favourite place to have an outdoors cook up is on the beach. But I have a passionate loathing of disposable barbecues for so many reasons – so how do I sizzle up by the sea?
Well, maybe I should have made the acquaintance of this baby just a little bit sooner…
That, in case you were wondering, is BergHOFF’s tabletop barbecue – a circular carbon steel barbecue that’s easy to carry and designed to be used anywhere.
I mean, come on – LOOK at that joyous thing of beauty.

And yes, you spotted it – that’s a cork lid that doubles up as a heat resistant base; we all know how good cork is at keeping the heat in, you can fire up this baby anywhere without fear of scorching whatever’s underneath. Genius I tell you.
