Garden Games Camouflage Wigwam Review
Kids just love tents and dens and hidey places, it’s just a fact of life. Many a happy hour were spent when I was a child constructing indoor dens, using the backs of chairs, blankets and cushions and then organising all my important things inside; teddies, colouring books, sweets etc..
My youngest son has inherited such behaviour from me, he LOVES setting up a den under his bed, behind the sofa, under a table so when Garden Games asked us to review a camouflage wigwam we said “yes please!”.
My first positive thought was how fab to have a play tent that can be used indoors as well as outdoors – we received it in the Autumn but no bother, up it went (eventually) in the middle of his bedroom. It’s not too big for indoor camping and not too small to struggle getting those all important bits of stuff squirrelled away inside.
Figuring out how to put the wigwam up for the first time did ’cause a few rude words to be exchanged between dear husband and I – we recommend reading the instructions properly beforehand, oh yes.
Our youngest son is very much looking foward to warmer weather as he’s already planned where, exactly, in the garden he would like his wigwam to be setup and who he’s going to invite for a sleepover under the stars!
If you have a child who loves all things tent-fort-den-camping then we think a wigwam from Garden Games would make a wonderful Christmas gift this year.
Also available in a native American style too…
