The eternal question, Christmas stocking or Christmas sack?
A Christmas stocking is more traditional, great for hanging by the fire or at the end of the bed. Christmas Stockings are great for those small little extra gifts that Santa brings. But they do become an issue if some of Santa’s gifts are just a little too big. There is often that extra gift left on the floor next to the stocking that just wouldn’t, try as Santa might, fit in!
So then there is the Christmas sack option; not quite so traditional but some great festive ones available all the same. Christmas sacks are great for getting everything in, but does that put extra pressure on Santa to deliver something bigger, more expensive? Are Christmas sacks just a little over expectant perhaps, greedy or just a more practical option? Perhaps the best thing is to have both, a stocking for Santa, and a sack for the rest of the gifts later on in the day for Mum and Dad to fill. Either way, whatever your choice, rest assured there is no right or wrong. Here are some of our favourites this year of both; we will leave the decision up to you!
