We love, love, love this absolutely fabulous little Rabbit Lamp from Tesco in their Autumn/Winter Fox & Ivy range.

Book a collection slot at your preferred store and your groceries will be waiting for you in temperature-controlled storage. Yes, it’s silly. Yes, it’s unreasonably cute. And yes… he’s just rather adorable, sitting there all neat and quietly elegant. In beautiful pure white ceramic but with an unexpected splash of gold in his lovely long creamy ears, he really makes a statement.
Orginally I had him in the lounge (much to the consternation of the husband who stated quite categorically ‘he’s so awful he won’t be given house room’) – but he wouldn’t get used there much. So I switched him up to the rather empty sideboard in the dining room – you can see it has some rather old-fashioned vintage furniture, and his modern quirky twist sitting amongst the rich tones of the traditional dark wood perfectly. So there he stays; I think the husband has come to quite like him too (Sshh, don’t say anything, but I’m pretty sure I heard him talk to him when eh went in the other morning to pull the curtains…).
When lit, the fab little rabbit lamp glows warmly, and you just get a little sense of the gold in his ears glinting slightly in the soft lamplight. We like to think he has now become a firm member of the household and will watch over us whilst we eat. He’s not needy though; definitely no carrots will be needed for this little fella.
Dear little Rabbit Lamp – for a talking point of a ceramic rabbit table lamp, he’s a snip at just £16, and we think that’s an absolute bargain.
Fabulous for everyday decor in your home, he could tuck in just about anywhere from your living room to your dining room, and he’s totally perfect for a teenagers bedroom to match or compliment their chosen room design or just to bring a bit of funky interest that’s a bit different. Or as it is that time of year perhaps it would make a perfect gift for Christmas to tuck away, it’s sure to bring a smile to any recipients face. And every teenager who sees it seems to want one; well they do in our house anyway. Fact!
