When I was young, few books drew me back as often as the big Atlas. You know, the one with tissue between the pages, so big you couldn’t actually hold it up but had to sprawl across the floor to look at it?
(*note to self: must trawl the secondhand bookshops to find the children one like it)
I’ve been looking for a wall version – but the ordinary map-of-the-world types seem so dry and *whispers* dull. Then I saw this one.
And Wanted It.
It reminds me a bit of a Where’s Wally – filled to bursting with funny little pictures, and constantly something new to spot. But at the same time it’ll help the 8yr old to tell Italy from Spain.

A 70's child, I’ve been married for a Very Long Time, and appear to have made four children, and collected one large and useless dog along the way.
I work, I have four children, I have a dog… ergo, I do not do dusting or ironing.
I began LittleStuff back in (gulp) 2004.
I like huge mugs of tea. And Coffee. And Cake. And a steaming cone of crispy fresh fluffy chips, smothered in salt and vinegar. #healthyeater
When I grow up I am going to be quietly graceful, organised and wear lipstick every day. In the meantime I *may* have a slight butterfly-brain issue.

Isn’t it? So different, and just perfect for curious small people. Genius.
