You know how, every now and again, you find an item of clothing that you’d be happy to wear a-a-a-alll the time? The fit just… fits, you feel good when it’s on, it’s comfortable and easy to wear and pair up with an outfit….
Well that’s the Fixed Wrap Sweater from Long Tall Sally.
It’s made from a blended knit that is excellent for layering (the v-neck is a little low, so I like to wear it with a camisole or vest top for safety’s sake) drapes without clinging, and the wrap-over style and ruched effect is so flipping flattering!
It’s just a really versatile wardrobe staple – it goes as well with jeans as it does under a suit jacket or a winter skirt. Plus that cranberry colour is just delicious.
It’s a good job it washes well too, is all I can say. If it’s not in my laundry bin or the washing machine, then you’ll find it on me. Honestly – I’m tempted to snap up a few more before they sell out, I’m certainly getting a black one too.
It does look a bit perplexing when it comes out of the washing machine – no matter which way up it is, you think it’s part-inside-out. but fret not – it all magically fixes itself when you put it on.
The Fixed Wrap Sweater is available on Long Tall Sally in Cranberry or Black for £42 – be quick though, the Cranberry is nearly all gone.
