Yes, yes, it’s a cliche. Flowers on Mothers Day. But really – who doesn’t LOVE getting flowers? A cliche only becomes a cliche when it’s true y’know.
And I’m also aware that M&S probably aren’t the first name that springs to mind when you think internet flowers. But. Can’t you just smell those hyacinths from there?
And just look at this jug of sweetness:
That’s a mini rose bush planted in there, not cut flowers. Now I know from personal experience that I would kill those off in fairly short order – but they’d still last a darn sight longer than the cut ones. AND I get to keep a Very Pretty Jug to fill with other Pretty Flowers. Which can never be anything but good.
So; if Someone You Know is looking for some flowers this Mothers Day, you could do worse than send Someone You Know to have a mosey around M&S.
The Bag of Hyacinth’s and the Rose Jug are both £25

A 70's child, I’ve been married for a Very Long Time, and appear to have made four children, and collected one large and useless dog along the way.
I work, I have four children, I have a dog… ergo, I do not do dusting or ironing.
I began LittleStuff back in (gulp) 2004.
I like huge mugs of tea. And Coffee. And Cake. And a steaming cone of crispy fresh fluffy chips, smothered in salt and vinegar. #healthyeater
When I grow up I am going to be quietly graceful, organised and wear lipstick every day. In the meantime I *may* have a slight butterfly-brain issue.

Oh, we *approve* :) To be honest I’d happily skip the roses (I ALWAYS kill those little miniature ones), I just wanted the jug!
