To paraphrase poorly, it’s a fact universally acknowledged that a woman loves stationery. It is. I’ve never yet met a female who didn’t breathe an “oooh!” at the site of a pretty notebook.
And, I have to say, as many notebooks as I have, my newest biggest tippety-toppest faves are Paperblanks.
Beautiful designs, without being pretty-but-no-point books, they’re manufactured in a sustainable way too. The Journal as Functional Art. Perfect.
You can head over to Amazon for a wide range.

A 70's child, I’ve been married for a Very Long Time, and appear to have made four children, and collected one large and useless dog along the way.
I work, I have four children, I have a dog… ergo, I do not do dusting or ironing.
I began LittleStuff back in (gulp) 2004.
I like huge mugs of tea. And Coffee. And Cake. And a steaming cone of crispy fresh fluffy chips, smothered in salt and vinegar. #healthyeater
When I grow up I am going to be quietly graceful, organised and wear lipstick every day. In the meantime I *may* have a slight butterfly-brain issue.

I want to lick them, but it would spoil them. My problem with such pretty things is feeling like a vandal using them!

I have to admit, mine have been placed carefully and neatly into a drawer. With full intentions of filling them… just as soon as I’ve finished the (less pretty) one I have on the go. But they ARE the right size to fit in my handbag, so next time I’m on after-school-football duty, and want to spend my time
usefully writingcarefully watching and praising, I shall have one readily to hand.6 December 2011
I find that some of my PaperBlanks notebooks end up sitting on my books shelves as it looks like I read a more intelligent range of books than I actually do :o)
