I do love a pretty advent calendar – but how about making your own?
I admit – I’ve considered it in the past, but to be honest my sewing just isn’t up to scratch for such a fiddly project.

But this?

When I stumbled across it on Nostalgiecat’s blog, I thought “THIS I can do.”

And it’s SO lovely.

Not only is it easy to make – can you just imagine the excitement of seeing 24 little parcels all wrapped up, and finding the right one each day?

It’s so simple – and so versatile. You can used any paper, any decorations, any ribbon… Make it in any style you choose!
