I know – can you believe it?

We at LittleStuff can guarantee that any time we talk about some pretty stationery there’ll be a whole heap of “oooh-ing” on Twitter and Facebook.

And now it’s clear there’s a whole nation of us pencil sniffers and notebook strokers out there! There’s a genuine real life actual National Stationery Week!

I cannot be without a notebook and sharp pencil on my desk – I have the depth and breadth of a super-whizz-bang iMac at my fingertips, but the notebook is what I reach for when I’m on the phone, have an idea, making lists… it makes me twitchy if I don’t have one on the go, with another crisp new one waiting in the wings. Just in Case.

Right now on my desk is possibly my very favourite notebook ever to have crossed my path. It was a Christmas gift from the husband, too, making it even more special.

Isn’t it just the darlingest bit of lovely?

It’s linen bound, so nice and bendy, the pages are lined (always good for a messy scrawler like me), and there’s a handy date space at the top which I’ve never had before, and which I now LOVE – makes finding my random 2-week-old scribblings so much easier.

Plus, of course, there’s the small fact that it has COWBOYS on it (it’s okay, the husband knows about my *cough* thing for cowboys…).

So we’ll be showing you lots and lots of notebook pretties this week – and feel free to show us your own, too. What’s sitting on your desk at the moment?
